2024年5月31日，IHP学生成长处联合心理健康教育中心为全体高中学生举办了一次名为“心绪未来·职寻发光的你”的模拟职业招聘会。本次活动不仅帮助学生们了解职业的多样性和可能性，还为他们提供了近距离接触职场、探索自我潜能的宝贵机会。在高速发展的社会背景下，传统的职业路径和生涯规划方式面临着巨大的挑战和变革。如何在多变的环境中找到方向，做好规划，是每位学生需要认真思考的重要课题。因此，本次模拟招聘会不仅是一场职业对话，更是一堂生动的生涯规划课。 Swipe for English On May 31, 2024, IHP Student Growth Department and Mental Health Center hosted a "Shining You" IHP Career Exploration Fair for all high school students. This event not only helped students understand the diversity and possibilities of various careers but also provided them with a valuable opportunity to experience the workplace firsthand and explore their potential. Finding direction and making plans in a constantly changing society is an important issue that every student needs to take seriously. Therefore, this career exploration fair was not just a conversation about careers but also a lively lesson in career planning for the students. 此次活动在黄彦校长的热情致辞中拉开帷幕。黄校指出，在VUCA（易变、不确定、复杂、模糊）时代，未来五年内近四分之一的工作将发生变化或被AI替代。未来的人才需要具备创新能力、跨领域知识整合及沟通协作等关键素养。黄校还表示，最幸运的事情莫过于在年富力强时发现自己的使命。她希望激励学生们主动适应变化，培养核心能力，勇敢追寻并实现自己的职业梦想。 Swipe for English The event began with an enthusiastic speech by Ms. Shirley Huang, the principal of IHP. She pointed out that in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) era, nearly a quarter of jobs will change or be replaced by AI within the next five years. Future talents need to develop key competencies such as innovation, cross-disciplinary knowledge integration, and communication and collaboration skills. She also stated that the greatest fortune in life is discovering one's mission while still in the prime of life. She emphasized the importance of career planning and led students to make detailed life planning. Encouraging students to envision their futures and set clear goals for each stage, Ms. DouDou patiently addressed questions and shared practical experiences during the discussion session. The coach representatives included sales, biopharmaceuticals, psychological counseling, entrepreneurship, medicine, finance, culture media, health management, law, and management. They explored their interests by checking their "Holland codes" and matching careers on the "Holland Wall". At the "Value Navigator" zone, students voted on elements they valued in their career choices. Before the "Career Mirror of the Future," students encouraged themselves with positive affirmations to boost their job-seeking confidence.
